Stir Fry Sliced Lotus Root With Red Beancurd Cheese

Ingredients
Lotus Root  300 g                  Small Size Red Beancurd Cheese  2 pcs                Sliced Garlic  3 pcs

Sauce
Sugar 1/2 tbsp          Dark Soy Sauce  1 tbsp              Water  1 tbsp                Sesame Oil  1/2 tbsp

Steps
1) Wash and clean rotus root, cut into very thin slices
2) Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add in sliced lotus root, stir fry 2 minutes in high heat, dish up
3) Heat wok again with 1 tbsp of oil, add in sliced garlic, stir fry for few seconds
4) Add in red beancurd cheese, press to smash and stir fry for 30 seconds
5) Add in fried lotus root slices, stir fry for 1 minute, add in sauce
6) Stir fry in high heat, when sauce almost dry, dish up and serve


Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Very simple but very good taste Guangdong recipe
Option : to add shredded celery, to add more good smell
Option : to add in sliced fat-lean pork or sliced chicken meat
