Stir Fry Sliced Fat-Lean Pork In Sichuan Style

Ingredients
Fat-lean Pork 400 g Red Pepper 2 pcs Green Pepper 2 pcs Onion 1/4
Sauce
Red Pepper Oil 3 tbsp Cayenne Pepper Oil 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1/4 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash pork, boil whole piece for 15 minutes in middle heat, drain then let it cool
2) Slice pork into thin pieces approx. a namecard size, remove seeds of pepper, chop in slices
3) Slice onion, add in high heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry for 1 minute, add in pepper slices
4) Stir fry onion and pepper slices for 1 minutes, dish up, add in sliced pork into low heat wok
5) Fry both size of sliced pork until slightly crispy, add in fried onion and peppers, stir fry
6) Turn into high heat, add in sauce then stir fry well for 1 minutes, dish up and serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
More fat or more lean of pork, your choice, but, I’ll like more fat.
