Stir Fry Shredded Pork With Bean Sprout

Ingredients
Lean Pork 200 g Green Bean Spout 280 g Yellow Chive 5 stalks Spring Onion 1 stalk
Small Red Chili 1 pc Small Green Chilli 1 pc Shredded Ginger 1 tbsp
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauces 2 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Cornflour 1/2 tbsp
Sauce
Sesame Oil a little Pepper Powder pinch Sugar 1/2 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp
Conflour 1/2 tbsp Water 3 tbsp
Steps
1) Cut spring onion, yellow chive, green & red chili into short stalks, for later use
2) Heat the wok with few oil, stir fry the green bean spout 5 minutes, drain out water
3) Shred the pork into short row, marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes
4) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add shredded ginger after the oil becomes heat
5) Stir fry the shredded pork until cooked, add bean spout, yellow chive
6) Add shredded spring onion, red and green chili, then add sauce, stir mix well, dish up
