Stir Fry Shredded Beef In Sweet Sauce

Ingredients
Beef 250 g Red Pepper 1 pc Green Pepper 1 pc Onion 1/3 pc
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauces 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Pepper a little Orange Wine 1 tbsp
Sauce
Dark Soy Sauces 1 tbsp Orange Wine 2 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice 3 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp Conflour 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp
Steps
1) Shred beef into long rope pieces, marinate 40 minutes with seasoning
2) Remove seeds of pepper, shred into rope size, then shred onion
3) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add in shredded onion then stir fry 1 minute, dish up
4) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add in shredded pepper then stir fry 1 iminut, dish up
5) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in shredd beef, stir fry in high heat foe 2 minutes
6) Add in fry pepper and onion while beef 80% cooked, stir fry few seconds
7) Add in sauce, keep high heat, stir fry for 1 minutes, dish up, serve
