Stir Fry Rice With Preserved Olive Vegetable

Ingredients
Cold Rice 1 bowl Kidney Bean 3 stalks Thick Ham 1 slice Egg 1 pc
Preserved Olive Vegetable 3 tbsp Chopped Spring onion 3 tbsp
Fish Sauce 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Steps
1) Heat wok with water, boil kidney bean for 3 minutes, drain up
2) Chop boiled kidney bean and ham into small dices
3) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in chopped bean and ham, stir fry well
4) Add in cold rice, stir fry 3 minutes and mix well, rice become dry
5) Add in egg, stir fry with rice until cooked, add preseved olive vegetable
6) Add in soy sauce, fish sauce and chopped spring onion, stir fry well
7) Stir fry 2 minutesl, dish up and serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Preseved olive vegetable can be purchased in any Chinese food shop, in bottle.
Ham can be replaced by BBQ pork, fried chicken meat, canned luncheon meat.
