Stir Fry Pork Rib With Orange Sauce

Ingredients
Fat Lean Pork Ribs  300 g           Orange  1 pc 

Seasoning
Light Soy Sauces  1 tbsp        Sugar  1/2 tbsp         Pepper  a little       Orange Wine  1 tbsp

Sauce
Light Soy Sauces 1 tbsp       Orange Wine 2 tbsp         Orange Juice 3 tbsp       Orange Rind Jam 1 tbsp

Steps
1) Clean and slice the orange in thin half-circle pieces, half for covering the dish
2) Chop the pork ribs into bitsize, marinate 15 minutes with seasoning
3) Dust the cornflour fully around the chopped pork ribs
4) Heat the wok with plenty of oil, deeply fry 15 minutes the pork ribs, dish up

6) Add sliced oringe, stir well. dish up the fried pork onto the orange dish, serve


Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Sliced Pork, chicken, beef and beef-rib can used instead of the pork rib, according to your favorites
