Stir Fry Pork Dices In Sticky Sauce

Ingredient
Tendon Lean Pork 250 g Preserved Sour Baby Ginger 5 slices Deep-fried Peanut 20-30 pcs
Green Papper 1 pc Red Pepper 1 pc Dry Doufu Cube 2 pc
Fresh Black Mushroom 2 pcs Chaozhou Sweet Bean Paste 1 tbsp
Seasoning
Salt 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Cornflour 1 tbsp
Chicken Powder 1 tbsp Pepper Powder some Sesame Oil some
Sauce
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp Water 3 tbsp Sesame Oil some
Steps
1) Wash pork, chop into dices, marinated by seasoning for 30 minutes
2) Remove seed of pepper, cut into small squares, also cut doufu and black mushroon into dices
3) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in bean paste and stir fry well, add in pork dices
4) Stir fry few seconds in high heat, then chop ginger into small pieces, add in to wok
5) Stir fry well, add in chopped ingredients and peanuts while pork becomes cooked
6) Stir fry for few seconds, add in sauce, stir fry well until sauce becomes sticky, dish up and serve

Chaozhou bean paste and preserved sour baby ginger can be purchase in Chinese food store.
