Stir Fry Mixed Shredded Vegetable
Putonghua : qi cai cao su cai
Ingredients
Carrot 200 g Purple Cabbage 100 g Radish 200 g Green Pepper 1 pc
Red Pepper 1 pc Yellow Pepper 1 pc Green Bean Sprout 50g
Sauce
Salt 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 1/3 tbsp
Steps
1) Peel off the carrot and radish, soak the dry black mushroom
2) Wash green bean spout, remove seds of green, red, yellow pepper
3) Shred all the vegetable, heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, pour in shredded peppers
4) Stir fry well, then add all other shredded ingredientss and green bean sprout
5) Stir fry and mix well, add sauce and mix well again, dish up
