Stir Fry Minced Beef With Water Spinash Stalk

Ingredients
Minced Beef 150 g Water Spinach 300g Dry Scallops 2 pcs Chinese Liver Sausages 2 pcs
Mashed Ginger 2 tbsp Mashed Dried Shallot 1/2 tbsp
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Cornflour 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp
Sauce
Cornflour 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil some Dry Chopped Red Pepper some
Steps
1) Soak the dry scallops by clear water for 1/2 hour
2) Press the soaked dry scallops with chopper, then tear into stripes
3) Marinate minced beef with seasoning for 10 minutes
4) Chop Chinese liver sausages into tiny dices, or mince it
5) Wash and trim water spinach, drain dry, drop leaves then chop stalk into tiny pieces
6) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped water spinach, dish up after dry
7) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil again, add in ginger and dry shallot
8) Add in Chinese liver sausage and dry scallop, stir fry and mix well,
9) Add in beef, stir fry again, then pour in fried water spinach, stir fry for 2 minutes
10) Add sauce, stir fry for 1 minute, dish up and serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Dry Scallops and Chinese Liver Sausages can be purchased in Chinese dry-food store
If you don’t like Chinese Liver Sausages,use traditional meat Chinese sausages, or Chinese hams ……
Recipe Ingredient can be changed by using Watercress stalks, carob, or kidneybean…..
