Stir Fry Egg With Tomato

Ingredients
Large Egg 4 pcs Tomato 2 pcs Chopped Sprion Onion some
Sauce
Water 1 tbsp Ketchup 4 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Steps
1) Remove stalk of tomato, cut into 8-10 pcs, wash away seeds
2) Whisk egg, add in 5 tbsp of water, stir mix well
3) High heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, stir fry pomato for 2 minutes, dish up, drain dry
4) Low heat wok again with 5 tbsp of oil, add in whisked egg, stir fry slowly
5) Add in fried tomato while egg become half cooked and semi-solid, keep stirring fry
6) Turn into high heat, add sauce, keep gently stir fry let egg coating the tomato
7) Tuen off heat when egg almost solid and sauce dry, dish up, sprinkle chopped sprion onion, serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
If you like sauce type, not to remove seed, add more water and Ketchup
