Stir Fry Egg With Shrimps

Ingredients
Egg 6 pcs Shell Remove Shrimps 200 g Chopped Spring Onion 2 tbsp
Seasoning 1
Salt 1/2 tbsp Cornflour 1 tbsp Pepper some Sesame Oil some
Seasoning 2
Salt 1/3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Salt 1/3 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash shrimps, marinate with seasoning (1) for 10 minutes
2) Parboil marinated shrimps in hot oil until cooked, dish up for use
3) Whisk eggs with seasoning (2) then add cooked shrimps, whisk again
4) Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, pour in shrimps and egg
5) Stir fry until egg is cooked, sprinkle chopped spring onion, dish up, serve
