Stir Fry Cabbage With Black Mushroom

Ingredients
Cabbage 200 g Dry Black Mushrooms 8 pcs Carrot 10 slices
Sauce
Salt 2 tbsp Shaoxing Wine 2 tbsp Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Steps
1) Cut the cabbage into small bite-sizes, clean and wipe dry, shred the carrot, clean and wipe dry
2) Soak the dry black mushrooms, remove stalks, shred and wipe dry
3) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry the shredded cabbage and mushroom, add in 4 tbsp water
4) Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes until cabbage turn soft, add in carot, stir fry and mix
5) Add in sauce, stir fry for 1 minutes, mix well, dish up and serve
