Stir Fry Black Fungus With Chinese Green Chives

Ingredients
Small Szie Dry Black Fungus 50g (15 pcs) Chinese Green Chive 150g Red Pepper 1 pc
Green Pepper 1 pc Sliced Ginger 5 pcs
Seasoning
Salt 1 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Shaoxing Wine 2 tbsp
Steps
1) Soak black fungus by clear water until soft, remove the hard stalks
2) Remove seeds of pepper, chop into small pieces, cut chive into short stalks
3) Heat wok high with 2 tbsp of oil, add in ginger, stir fry for few seconds
4) Add in chopped pepper, stir fry half minutes, add in black fungus, stir fry for 2 minutes
5) Add in Chinese green chives stalks, then salt, then sugar, keep stir frying well 1 minute
6) Add in light soy sauce, then Shaoxing wine, stir fry for more few seconds, dish up and serve
