Stir Fry Beef With Enokitake

Ingredients
Beef 350 g Enokitake 150 g Spring Onion 2 stalks
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Sauce
Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp Water 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Drak Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Pepper some Sesame Oil some
Steps
1) Shred spring onion, wash and cut roots of enokitake
2) Wash beef and wipe dry, then sliced in thin small pieces
3) Marinate with seasoning for 30 minutes
4) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry beef in high heat
5) Dish up beef when it is almost 80% cooked
6) Heat wok again, add in enokitakes and shredded spring onion
7) Stir fry and mix well, add sauce and stir fry well
8) Pour in beef when sauce is boil, stir and mix well, dish up and serve
