Stir Fried Rice With Pineapple
Putonghua : feng li chao fan
Ingredient for 2 persons
Rice 2 bowl Canned Pineapple 3 slices Chicken Meat 100 g
Egg 2 pcs Frozen Small Shell-off Shrimps 10 pcs Chopped Speing Onion 1 stalk
Seasoning
Salt 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash shrimps and chicken, chop chicken into small dices, cut shrimps into 2 pcs
2) Marinate chicken meat and shrimps by seasoning fof 30 minutes, chop pineapple into small dices
3) Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add in rice and stir fry for 2 minutes, whisk egg, then add in to rice
4) Stir fry rice in high heat, mix well, until egg well cooked and becoomes pieces, dish up
5) Heat wok again with 1 tbsp of oil, add in chicken and shrimps, stir fry for 2 minutes
6) Add in pineapple dices, then add in the fried rice, stir fry and mix well
7) Sprinkle chopped spring onion, stir fry to mix, dish up and serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
The pineapple case ( above shown picture ) only for decoration, or used for party only.
Carot dices and green bean can be added as option, increase details of rice, just as you like or not.
No sweet corn is added, no no no no, it is not match with the pineapple, will make some strange taste.
