Sliced Fat-lean Pork With Garlic Sauce – Cold Dish

Ingredients
Fat-Fat-lean Pork 300 g Ginger 6 slices Salt 1 tbsp Yellow Wine some
Sauce
Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Minced Garlic 5 tbsp Red Chilli Oil 3 tbsp Zanthoxylum Oil 2 tbsp
Minced Red Pepper 1 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion & Celery some Sugar a little
Steps
1) Boil water with salt, yellow wine and sliced ginger
2) Put whole piece fat-fat-lean pork in when water is boiled
3) Boil in low heat approx. 45 minutes, until pork fully cooked
4) Take out pork and cut into thin slices after pork cool
5) Place surface onto dish, sprinkle sauce on, serve in cool
