Fried Pork Fillet With Lemon Juice

Ingredients
Lean Pork 250 g Shredded Onion 1/2 pc Mashed Garlic 1 tbsp
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Salt 1/3 tbsp Egg 1/2 pc
Cornflour 1 tbsp Pepper & Sesame Oil some
Sauce
Water 250 ml Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Mashed Lemon Peel 2 tbsp Sugar 3 tbsp Cornflour 1/3 tbsp
Steps
1) Cut lean pork into thin slices, hit lightly by a flat hammer
2) Slice 3 slashes on the white tissues on fillet, prevent rolling
3) Marinate pork fillet with seasoning for 20 minutes
4) Fry pork fillets both sides in high heat until they turn slightly brown and fully cooked
5) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, fry the shredded onion and mashed garlic, then add sauce
6) Add cooked pork fillet during sauce is boiled, stir well, dish up and serve
