Doufu Soup Chowder With Seafood
Putonghua : hai huang dou fu geng
Ingredients (for 4 persons)
Soft Doufu 1 pc Chopped Crab Meat 3 tbsp Chopped Shrimps 3 tbsp Chopped Fish Meat 3 tbsp
Chopped Lobster 3 tbsp Chopped Cuttle Fish 2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion 2 tbsp
Chopped Chinese Celery 1 tbsp Whisked Egg 1 pc
Seasoning
Salt 1 tbsp Chicken Powder 2 tbsp Pepper Powder some Sesame Oil some
Thickener
Water 3 tbsp Water Chestnut Powder 4-5 tbsp
Steps
1) Heat water approx. 800ml by high heat, add in all chopped seafood, stir well until soup boiled
2) Add in seasoning and thickener, stir well, turn into low heat, chop doufu into tiny dices, add in soup
3) Turn off heat when soup is boiled, add in whisked egg, stir by chopstick very quickly
4) Sprinkle chopped spring onion and celery, divided into bowl or container, serve

Very simple and very good taste…..
Water Chestnut Powder make chowder clear and colourless, but cornflour can instead…..
Chopped seafood can be added or reduced, according to your favourite…..
