Doufu Puffs With Green Bean Sprout
Putonghua : ya cai chao yu pian you dou fu
Ingredient
Deep-fried Fish Fillet 50 g Deep-fried Doufu Puffs 10 pcs Green Bean Sprout 100g
Chinese Green Chive 2 stalks Shredded Carot some Shredded Ginger some
Seasoning
Salt 1 tbsp Pepper Powder some Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine 1/2 tbsp
Steps
1) Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil, stir fry green bean sprout for 2 minutes, dish up
2) Heat wok again with 2 tbsp oil, add in ginger, slice fish fillet then shredded, add in wok
3) Stir fry fish fillets, chop chives into short stalks, add in wok, stir fry for 1 minute
4) Keep stirring, chop doufu puffs into 2 haves, add in wok, stir fry for 1 minute
5) Add in shredded carot, then fried green bean sprout, keep stir fry
6) Add in all seasoning, stir fry for 1 minute, dish up and serve

Deep-fried Fish Fillet can be purchased in Chinese Food Supermarket…….
Perhaps this is not popular not easy to be purchased in your town, and it is not a necessary ingredient.
