Deep Fried Doufu Dices In Red Pepper

Ingredients
Hard Beancurd 3 pcs Cornflour 100 ml Red Pepper 3 pc
Chopped Spring Onion 1 tbsp Papper Salt 2 tbsp Red Chillir Oil some
Steps
1) Cut beancurd into small dices, wripe dry by paper, coated by cornflour
2) Heat wok with plenty of oil, deep fry beancurd dices in low heat, dish up until golden
3) Keep oil heat, deep fry beancurd dices again for 1 minute, in high heat, dish up
4) Heat wok with few oil left, add in chopped red pepper, stir fry well
5) Add in chopped spring onion and chilli oil, stir fry, pour onto beancurd dices
6) Sprinkle pepper salt onto deep fried beancurd dices, serve
