Cuttlefish Mixed In Sauce – Cold Dish

Ingredients
Cuttlefish 450 g
Sauce 1
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp White Rice Vinegar 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil some
Sauce 2
Mashed Spring Onion 2 tbsp Mashed Red Pepper 2 tbsp Mashed Garlic 2 tbsp
Mashed Ginger 1 tbsp Mashed Chinese Celery 1 stalk
Steps
1) Wash cuttlefish and cut into pieces, boil by hot water until cooked
2) Put cuttlefish on a flat bottom dish after cuttlefish cool down
3) Mix sauce (1) and (2) and put on surface of cuttlefish, serve

Very simple but delicious recipe.
