Chinese Style Steak Fillet In Sweet Sour Sauce

Ingredients
Steak Fillet 350 g Beijing Onion 1/2 stalk Onion 1/2 pc
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Corn Flour 2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp Pepper some Sesame Oil some
Sauce
White Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp Sugar 4 tbsp
Chicken Powder 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Corn Flour 1/2 tbsp Water 6 tbsp
Steps
1) Slice fillet into thin bite sizes across the vertical grain
2) Slightly press by chopper then marinated by seasoning (1) for 30 minutes
3) Shred the Beijing onion and onion
4) Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, fry steak fillet in high heat
5) Dish up steak when fillets are almost 80% cooked
6) Heat wok again with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry both onion well, add sauce
