Ingredients
Snakehead 1 pc (500 g)

Chao Zhou Bean Paste
Steps
1) Wash snakehead, marinate by salt and pepper powder for 60 minutes
2) Wiped fish by dry cloth, put into a bamboo steam case
3) Steamed by high heat for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked
4) Let fish cool down itself ( not to chill ), cut into 2 halves, serve
5) This fish is served with bean paste
