Braised Ribs In Spiced Chinese Tea



Putonghua : cha xiang gu



Ingredients
Spare ribs  600 g          Spring Onion  6 stalks          Ginger  2 slices

Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce  3 tbsp            Dark Soy Sauce  1 tbsp           Shaoxing Wine  2 tbsp
Sugar  3 tbsp             Chinese Dark Tea  250 ml

Steps
1) Chop ribs and spring onion into short size, approx 50 mm of length
2) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add ginger and spring onion
3) Stir fry well, add ribs, stir fry with sauce and mix well
4) Turn into low heat, cook for 45 minutes
5) Dish up and serve in hot
6) Or, dish up and chilled 10 minutes by refrigerator, serve in cool


Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Tea to be choice in more concentrated then usual drinking, with nice smelling…..
Simple, good taste, best for party with beer…..
