Braised Pig Hand Cubes With Red Beancurd Cheese

Ingredients
Frozen Pig Hand Cubes 350 g Lotus Root 200 g Shell-off Peanut 5 tbsp
Small Size Red Beancurd Cheese 3 pcs Garlic 5 pcs
Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp
Water 250 ml Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash and clean lotus root, chop into large dices (thumb size )
2) Cut garlic into 2 halves, heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in garlic, fry for 1 minute
3) Add in pig hand cubes, fry all sides in high heat until slightly crispy, dish up
4) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in red beancurds cheese, press to smash and stir fry
5) Add in lotus root, stir fry for 1 minute, add in sauce, cook until boiled
6) Add in pig hand cubes and peanut, stir to mix well, turn into low heat, cover the lid
7) Braised all ingredients 40 minutes in low heat, dish up to serve with sauce
