Bake Prawns With Minced Garlic

Ingredients
Large Prawns  500 g (10pcs)              Chopped Garlic  5 tbsp                Grated Ginger  1 tbsp
Spring Onion  1 stalk (chopped)

Seasoning
Ginger Juice  1 tbsp          Shaoxing Wine  1 tbsp           Peper Powder  1/4 tbsp          Salt  1/2 tbsp

Sauce
Light Soy Sauce  1 tbsp           Chicken Stock  3 tbsp           Sugar  1 tbsp
Cornflour  1/3 tbsp             Sesame Oil & Pepper  a little

Steps
1) Clean and wipe dry the prawns, cut into 2 halves
2) Marinate 15 minutes with seasoning, dust the cornflour on the prawns
3) Bush oil to a dish, bake for 1 minutes, put the prawns on, cut side down
4) Bake the prawns for 3 minutes, turn the prawns cut-side-up, add sauce
5) Add chopped garlic & grated ginger, bake for 5 minutes
6) Dust the chopped spring onion over the prawns, serve


 

Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Baking time according to the temperature (watt) of oven
Halogen cooking pot is very good tool for this recipe.
