Rice Rolls – Dim Sum

If you like Chinese food, you must tried the rice rolls dim-sum before.

This is the most famous Chinese Guangdong cuisine all over the world.

This cuisine is not easy to make at home, but it is always easy to find in any Chinese resturant (Tea House and Gruel shops). The most popular rolls are made of Shrimps, BBQ pork and minced beef.

There is a very special but very good taste rice rolls, only available in the gruel shop : rice rolls with deep-fried bun

In Hong Kong, there are other type of rice rolls which are ready made in factory, and to be steamed hot before being served, or to fry heat crispy by a pa, mix with sweet soy sauc.

Usually, we will mix the chopped rolls with planty of sweet sauces, sweet soy sauce and peanut paste, or to add in other snacks such fish balls, deep-fried pig-skin :
