This noodle is one very popular ingredients of Chinese food.

It is made of greenbean, white colour as dry condition, and will turn colourless after soaked by water.

Chinese chef always make this together with other ingredients, by frying, steaming, or by soup.

As a recipe ingredient, or directly served as noodle food….. 


The most famous recipe of Guangdong / Hong Kong, stir fry with Crab in Hotpot….

Of course, stir fry greenbean noodle will be served with shrimps, cuttlefish, or other seafood….

In the Chinese society, steaming recipes about this noodle, is also popular….


To make one mixed hotpot recipe by greenbean noodle, so warm to serve in cold winter…..


Generally, to stir fry as a normal noodle dish is a good consideration….

Of course, we offen make soups with the greenbean noodle, or as a soup noodle….
