Sweety Rice Gruel With Mixed Beans
Putonghua : ba bao zhu
Ingredients (for 4-6 persons )
Glutinous Rice 200 g Small Red Bean 100 g Rasin, Peanut, Red Jujubes each 50 g
Seeds of Lotus, Pine Nut each 50 g Dried Longan some Brown Sugar 200 g
Steps
1) Soak the clean rice for 30 minutes with approx. 1500 m1 liter of water
2) Cook rice in dedium heat for 20 minutes, with the soaked water
3) Add red bean, shell-off peanut and mince jujubes, turn into low heat
4) Keep cooking in low heat for more 30 minutes, add other ingredients
5) Cook 10 minutes until rice slightly sticky, add in brown sugar
6) Keep stir cooking for more 5 minutes, gruel sticky, serve in hot
Remark

This recipe not suitable served in cool.
Keep stirring when cooking ….
