Stir Fry Rice In Yangzhou Style

Ingredients 1
BBQ Pork 100 g Shell Off small Shrimps 50 g Green Bean 2 tbsp
Chopped Carot 2 tbsp Chopped Ham 50 g
Ingredients 2
Cold Rice 2 bowl Shredded Lettuce 50 g Eggs 2 pc Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped Spring onion 3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash Lettuce, shred into very tiny size, chop BBQ Pork into tiny dices
2) Heat wok with water, boil small shrimps, drain up
3) Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, add in chopped ingredients (1), stir fry well
4) Add in cold rice, eggs, then stir fry 3 minutes and mix well, rice become dry
5) Add in shredded Lettuce, stir fry with rice until cooked
6) Add in soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce, chopped spring onion, stir fry well, dish up and serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Bowl – normal size of Chinese Home usage, approx. 250ml each
Rice to be used must be cool and dry, better be used after 4 hour from cooked
Chicken meat or BBQ pork (ca xao) can be instead by pork, used by convenience of any
