Cabrillas Soup With Apple

Ingredients ( for 4 persons )
Cabrillas Fish 2 pcs Red Apples 2 pcs Ginger 3 slices Yellow Wine 1/2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion 2 stalks Sesame Oil some
Steps
1) Peel apples and cut into dices, clean cabrillas fish and remove all inner organ
2) Heat pan with 2 tbsp oil in mid heat, fry both sides of cabrillas fish, 80% cooked, dish up
3) Heat pot with 1 liter of water by high heat, add ginger and apple dices
4) Turn into low heat after water is boiled, keep cooking for 15 minutes
5) Add cabrillas fishes, cook for more 10 minutes, becomes milky, add salt and wine, stir well
6) Pour into large bowl, sprinkle chopped spring onion and sesame oil, serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
Potato and tomato can be used, instead of the apple
Any kind of sea fish you can use, just try with your taste
