Bean Sprout Soup With Deep Fried Dry Beancurd
Putonghua : rou dou fu dou yia cai tang
Ingredients
Deep Fried Dry Doufu 100 g Soy Bean Sprout 150 g Shredded Pork 100 g
Chicken Powder 1 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion 2 tbsp Salt 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/3 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Steps
1) Remove roots of bean sprout then wash
2) Add 500ml of water into pot, boil in mid heat
3) Pour in bean sprout, deep-fried doufu and shredded pork, then boil in high heat
4) Turn into low heat after soup is boiled, cook for 10 minutes
5) Add salt, sugar and chopped spring onion, then sesame oil, serve
