Stir Fried Cow Tripe With Shallots

Ingredients
Frozen Cow Tripe 450 g Shellots 10 pcs Shredded Spring Onion 1 stalk
Minced Ginger 3 tbsp Chinese Celery 2 stalk
Sauce
Cornflour 1 tbsp Water 3 tbsp Pepper Powder some Sesame Oil some
Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash the cow tripe, shred into a small rectangle shape pieces,
2) Cut shallots into 2 halves, shred the spring onon, cut celery into short pieces
3) Heat wok with water, add 2 tbsp of salt, boil the cow tripe for 1 minutes
4) Dish up cow tripe, then chilled in cold water for 5 minutes, dry them
5) Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, add minced ginger and Shallots
6) Stir fry for few seconds, add cow tripe, stir fry gently
7) Pour in sauce, stir fry well until sauce is almost dried
8) Add in shredded sprion and celery, stir fry then dish up and serve
