Stir Fry Sliced Lotus Root In Hunan Style

Ingredients
Lotus Root 300 g Red Cone Pepper 15 pcs
Sauce
Red Chili Oil 1 tbsp Cayenne Oil 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash and clean rotus root, cut into very thin slices
2) Remove stalks and seeds of red cone pepper, shred it
3) Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add in sliced lotus root, stir fry 2 minutes in high heat
4) Add in shredded pepper, then add in sauce, stir fry for 1 minute, dish up and serve
