Drunk Chicken Wine in Clay Pot

Ingredients
Fresh Chicken 1/2 pc (500 g) Chinese Chicken Soup Herb 1 Pack Ginger 2 slices
Red Jujubes 6 pcs Shaoxing Wine 300 ml Water 1000 ml Salt 1 tbsp

Medium size clay pot Portable gas boiler
Steps
1) Clean chicken with hot water, chop into bite-size cubes, remove seed of jujubes
2) Heat the clay pot with Water, Shaoxing Wine and gingers
3) Add Chinese chicken soup herb pack and red jujubes, goji when liquid is boiled
4) Turn in very low heat and cover pot lid, cook for 30 minutes
5) Sprinkle salt into soup, pour in chicken cubes, tuen into medium heat
6) Boil for 10 minutes, serve with portable boiler in low heat
