Crispy Fried Pork In Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients
Fat Fat Lean Pork 300 g Canned Pineapple 2 slices Green Pepper 1 pc Red Pepper 1 pc
Onion 1/2 pc Egg White 2 pcs Corn Flour 1 cup
Seasoning
Salt 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Sauce
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Sugar 3 tbsp Red Vinegar 3 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp Con Flour 2 tbsp Water 6 tbsp
Steps
1) Clean pork, cut into thick and small slices, marinate with seasoning
2) Chop pineapple, onion, green and red pepper into small dices
3) Add egg white into marinated pork and mix well
4) Fully coated each pork slices by corn flour
5) Heat wok with plenty of oil, put pork into hot oil one by one in high heat
6) Turn into low heat when all pork are deep frying into wok
7) Turn into high heat after pork turn into golden, then dish up pork
8) Let deep fried pork cool for minutes, heat oil in high heat again, deep fry pork for 1 minutes
9) Dish up deep fried pork, pour out hot oil, heat same wok which some oil is left on
10) Pour in green and red pepper, onion, stir fry in high heat for 1 minute
11) Add pineapple and mixed sauce, stir fry until sauce is boiled
12) Add parboiled pork, stir fry well until pork turn into red, dish up and serve
Remark
tbsp – table spoon
To make pork be crispy, stir fry the sauce not later then 15 minutes after 2th parboiled of pork.
Pork-rib, chicken meat, beancurd, shrimps, lobster, chestnut (for vegetarians) can be optioned.
