Stir Fry Shredded Beef with Mango

Ingredients
Mango 1 pc Green Pepper 1 pc Red Pepper 1 pc Beef 200 g
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp
Sauce
Cornflour 1/2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder 2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Water 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1/3 tbsp
Steps
1) Shred the beef into long rope pieces, marinate with seasoning for 30-60 minutes
2) Remove seeds, shred green and red pepper, peel mango then shred into rope pieces
3) Heat wok with 1 tbsp oil, add shredded pepper in mid-heat for 2 minutes, dish up
5) Heat wok again, add 2 tbsp of oil, then add in shredded beef and stir fry in high heat
6) Add the fried pepper when beef 70% cooked, stir fry for 1 minute, sauce turn less
7) Add in the mango, quickly stir for 20 seconds to mix well, dish up, serve
Option : you can make more juicy sauce

Pineapple can to instead mango, but I would more like mango…..
