Stir Fry shredded Beef With Celery

Ingredients
Beef 300 g Celery 1 stalks Spring Onion 1 stalk
Dry Red Chili 3 pcs Ginger 3 small slices
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 2tbsp Shaoxing Wine 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp
Sauce
Fish Sauce 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil 1/3 tbsp
Steps
1) Clean and shredding beef, mix with seasoning for 30 minute
3) Chop dry chilli in to pcs, cut spring onion into short stalks
3) Tear old veins of celery, shred into small stalks, fry by hot oil for 2 minutes
4) Add in ginger, shredded beef with seasoning, and then spring onion, chili
5) Stir fry for 3 minutes in mid-heat, stir mix well
6) Add sauce and keep stirring 1 minute, dish up and serve
