Stir Fry Shredded Beef With 3 Colour Pepper

Ingredients
Beef 250g Red Pepper 1 pc Green Pepper 1 pc Yellow Pepper 1 pc
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine 2 tbsp
Sauce
Salt 2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Oystet Sauce 3 tbsp
Steps
1) Wash beef, then shredd into chop-stick size 4-6 cm, marinate 30 minutes with seasoning
2) Wash peppers, remove stalk and seeds, shredd the same sixe and shape as beef
3) Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, stir fry shredded beef in high heat for 30 seconds, dish up
4) Heat wok again with 3 tbsp of oil, stir fry shredde peppers in high heat for 1 minutes
5) Add in fried shredded beef, then sauce, stir fry quickly in high heat, mix well and dry, dish up
